The Main Points.

The main reason I picked the Occupy sniper plot was because I, like so many others on the internet, enjoy a good conspiracy theory. This is the best one because no one had to get hurt. But the worst part is, someone could have. One little thing could led to massacre. And the FBI are hiding those that could have committed the acts. The peaceful protesters had no prior warning that their lives might be endangered from a threat of gunfire, when the FBI could have announced it, or at least shown that they took the precautions to prevent it, if it occurred. If the plot was made by law enforcement, or even worse, higher authorities than it is despicable and the FBI was covering it up then and is continuing to hiding behind, so called, threats to national security. Hopefully, with enough patience and persistence this can be brought out into the open, or at the very least to the knowledge of the general public. IF the FBI continues to keep this under wraps, it isn't hard to believe they'd keep it under wraps when an actual tragedy occurs.

Fox News and CNN's take on the sniper plot

 Below are links to the search results for two of America's largest news sources. CNN and Fox News. The four words used in the search are Occupy Houston Sniper Plot. Both searches lead to no articles, no interviews, no even mentions of the plot. This is why this story should be more widely known. Neither of the two major American news stations have anything on a threat to American citizens. Typing those words on google gets thousands of results to blogs, webcasts, and actual news articles by less known sources.This is one of the reasons this story is s important to me. It should be a widely talked about issue for answers and there is nothing from the major media outlets.

A theory to the forces behind the sniper plot

“[I]f it is something law enforcement was planning, then nothing would have been done. It might seem hard to believe that a law enforcement agency would do such a thing, but I wouldn’t put it past them.” Paul Kennedy of the National Lawyers Guild in Houston said. This statement is a harsh indictment against the law enforcement in the area, to allow and have plans on using snipers on the Occupy movement in Houston. But more and more evidence is point that it may have been the case. This new evidence might also point to a larger source than just the local law enforcement agencies.

A document from April 2014 lends credence to the sniper tactics being used by law enforcement. The images shown below are from the document, showing the tactics to be used in the case of full scale rioting within the United States. The first shows that against unarmed civilians sniper fire is to be used against the "leaders" of the riot. This is important to note that the FBI document has the same tactics of sniper fire used against the leaders, in this case the leaders of the Occupy movement in Houston. It also points out to use the psychological effects to the full advantage. The second image shows areas to strike with batons, showing grey for least traumatic, to patterned grey for lethal force.The WashingtonBlog, where the images from the military manual were found, makes its own valid theory on the forces behind the sniper plot, which can be found in the link below.
